It is necessary

  • - 200 g of Russian cheese;
  • - 300 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
  • - two eggs;
  • - 70 g of Parmesan cheese;
  • - 150 g spinach;
  • - 300 g of smoked sockeye salmon;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Grind the spinach and send it to boiling water for 35-45 seconds. Then transfer it to a bowl of ice water so that the greens are not overcooked and do not lose their bright green color.

Step 2

To prepare the dough, separate the whites from the yolks. Add a little salt to the whites and beat with a mixer. In a separate bowl, add 200 g of low-fat cottage cheese to the yolks, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of flour, cooked spinach, a little salt and beaten egg whites. Stir gently with a spoon so that the whipped egg whites do not settle.

Step 3

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough on top in an even thin layer. Send to bake in the oven for ten minutes at 180 °.

Step 4

Spread a sheet of parchment on the table, sprinkle it with grated Parmesan cheese, put the finished dough on top and set aside.

Step 5

To prepare the filling, finely chop the red fish, grate the "Russian" cheese, cut a little fresh spinach and mix everything.

Step 6

Place the filling on top of the finished dough and spread the remaining curd over the entire surface. Gently roll into a roll and roll properly to make it denser. Send to refrigerator for 30 minutes. Spinach roll with cheese is ready.
