If you are at a loss as to what to cook such a new one for the holiday, try making a wonderful appetizer - a lavash roll with different fillings. For example, you can create many different flavors with curd cheese. It turns out much better than with mayonnaise, from which the lavash gets wet.

Lavash rolls with curd cheese and fish

To prepare this dish you will need:

- thin wide pita bread - 1 pc.;

- onions - 1 pc.;

- slightly salted fish - 200 g;

- curd cheese - 150 g;

- vegetable oil;

- ground black pepper and herbs - to taste.

Defrost the spinach, drain the excess liquid, chop. Peel the onion, separate the half and chop. Wash the herbs, dry slightly and cut into smaller pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Put spinach and onions in oil, fry and cool. Mix the resulting mass with curd cheese, add finely chopped greens there, and pepper. Mix everything well again.

Cut the fish fillet so that you get thin long layers. Spread pita bread on a flat surface. On it you need to put a thin layer of spinach with curd cheese, put pieces of fish on top, spread the next layer again with curd cheese with spinach.

Roll the lavash into a roll. You can cut it into slices and hold it together with toothpicks, or hold it in the refrigerator and cut it when it hardens slightly.

Roll with spinach, sour cream, curd cheese

Another tasty and healthy roll. To prepare it you will need:

- thin pita bread - 2 pieces, - 400 g spinach, - 200 g of curd cheese, - 200 g sour cream.

Defrost the spinach, squeeze and stew in a skillet with a drop of vegetable oil, cool. Expand a sheet of pita bread and grease well with sour cream - this will make the pita bread elastic. Place the spinach on the pita bread and distribute in a thin layer, slightly receding from the edge.

Make the next layer from curd cheese. Using a fork, dip it slightly into the spinach. Roll the pita bread into a roll and press down on top so that it becomes flatter. Put it in a baking dish, spread sour cream on top. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, then at 200 degrees for another 5 minutes. After that, turn off the heating and let the roll stand in the oven for another five minutes.

Now you can cut the finished roll into portions and serve. From a package with two sheets of pita bread, about twelve pieces are obtained.
