Such original rolls with tuna, spinach and carrots can be served to your child as a healthy breakfast. And it will be useful for adults to try such a healthy snack.
It is necessary
- For six servings:
- - cannellini beans - 400 g;
- - canned tuna - 400 g;
- - canned peppers - 200 g;
- - cheddar cheese - 150 g;
- - fresh spinach - 130 g;
- - tortillas - 6 pieces;
- - two carrots, onion;
- - lemon juice, olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the beans in a bowl, add some juice from the can (but not all!).
Step 2
Add olive oil, lemon juice. Mash until puree, adding more liquid from the jar as needed. Salt to taste.
Step 3
Heat the tortillas, spread them with bean paste. Then add spinach leaves, tuna, chopped onions, pepper cut into strips, shabby carrots. Sprinkle with grated cheddar.
Step 4
Now it remains to wrap the tortillas in a roll, wrapping the edges inward. Rolls with tuna, spinach and carrots are ready.
