  • - cannellini beans - 400 g;
  • - canned tuna - 400 g;
  • - canned peppers - 200 g;
  • - cheddar cheese - 150 g;
  • - fresh spinach - 130 g;
  • - tortillas - 6 pieces;
  • - two carrots, onion;
  • - lemon juice, olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons.

Instructions

Step 1

Put the beans in a bowl, add some juice from the can (but not all!).

Step 2

Add olive oil, lemon juice. Mash until puree, adding more liquid from the jar as needed. Salt to taste.

Step 3

Heat the tortillas, spread them with bean paste. Then add spinach leaves, tuna, chopped onions, pepper cut into strips, shabby carrots. Sprinkle with grated cheddar.

Step 4

Now it remains to wrap the tortillas in a roll, wrapping the edges inward. Rolls with tuna, spinach and carrots are ready.
