Brownie is a cross between dry biscuits and chocolate tart. A properly cooked brownie has a dry crust and a moist, slightly stringy filling. Brownie with coffee turns out to be very aromatic, it is decorated with coffee beans.
It is necessary
- For ten servings:
- - 250 g of dark chocolate;
- - 200 g butter;
- - 180 g brown sugar;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 6 tbsp. spoons of wheat flour;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, instant coffee, sea salt, vanillin.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Coat the form with oil, sprinkle with a small amount of flour, shake off the remaining flour.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate with butter in the microwave or in a water bath, add half the sugar, coffee, stir. Set this mixture aside for now.
Step 3
Beat eggs and remaining granulated sugar separately, add vanillin to taste. Mix the butter and chocolate mixture with the eggs while stirring. Add baking powder and salt.
Step 4
Add one spoonful of flour - you should get the consistency of sour cream. Do not overdo it with the amount of flour, here it is added by eye. Pour the resulting dough into a mold, flatten.
Step 5
Bake the coffee brownies for 18-20 minutes. Then cool the delicacy, sprinkle with cocoa powder, cut into portions, decorate each piece with coffee beans on top.
