Instructions

Step 1

Take broccoli (can be used both fresh and frozen), divide it into inflorescences.

Step 2

Take a small saucepan, pour water into it, bring it to a boil, salt.

Step 3

Dip broccoli in boiling water and cook for no more than three minutes, otherwise the vegetable will lose its taste and its beneficial properties. If using a different kind of cabbage, cook for a few minutes longer.

Drain the water from the pan, add the cooked broccoli. Take a small piece of cheese, grate it on a fine grater. Take raw eggs, beat them into a small bowl and beat a little.
