Preparation

Salmon fillet should be cut into slices, sprinkled with lemon juice, salt and pepper. In this "marinade" you need to keep it for at least half an hour, and then pour hot water and simmer for 15 minutes (let it boil on the smallest fire).

Pour broccoli with hot water, salt to taste, cook for 10-15 minutes.

Mix cream or milk with cheese and egg, salt and pepper, add nutmeg to taste.

Put broccoli and salmon fillets in a greased dish, pour over the mixture of milk (cream), egg and cheese. Bake for 20-39 minutes at 220 ° C.
