Salmon is delicious in any form. It is salted, smoked, baked, fried. If you want to dilute the traditional salmon flavor, try baking it with gorgonzola. Delicate taste of cream and cheese will add sophistication to the dish. Serve a glass of white wine with the fish and couscous as a side dish.
It is necessary
- - salmon fillet, 500-700 grams;
- - cream 20%, 1 glass;
- - Gorgonzola cheese, 100 grams;
- - zest of ½ lemon;
- - salt, pepper, fish seasoning;
- - greens for decoration.

Step 1
Cut the salmon into pieces.
Step 2
Rub the fillets with pepper, salt, seasoning and lemon zest. Place in a baking dish. Use a small form.
Sprinkle the chopped gorgonzola over the fish and top with the cream. The cream should cover 2/3 of the fish.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Bake the fish for 25 minutes. It is very important not to overexpose the fish in the oven, otherwise it will turn out dry.
Garnish the fish with herbs before serving.
