If you want to cook an unusual and gourmet dinner, but at the same time want it to be healthy, cook a salmon. Baked fish, which is enriched with amino acids and other useful elements, will perfectly combine usefulness and sophistication. In addition, the preparation of the dish does not take much time.
It is necessary

- - 1 egg;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice;
- - 1 teaspoon of mustard;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
- - 0.5 teaspoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 bunch of greens;
- - salt, pepper, cardamom and rosemary to taste.

After defrosting the fish, rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel. Rub the prepared piece of fish with spices, and then pour abundantly with lemon juice. Wrap in parchment paper or foil. Place the fish in a baking dish and place in the preheated oven.

While the fish is baking, prepare the sauce. Boil the egg, mash the yolk with mustard. Pour vegetable oil into this mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
