The chicken is obtained with a light spicy note, and in order for the meat to be juicy, it is recommended to pre-grease it with sour cream, vegetable oil or mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
- Medium-sized chicken carcass - 1 pc;
- Onion - 2 pcs;
- Garlic - 2 cloves;
- Fresh mushrooms (champignons) - 250 g;
- White table wine - 80 g;
- Butter - 120 g;
- Vegetable oil;
- Spicy tomato ketchup - 120 g;
- Ground black pepper;
- Salt;
- Dill and parsley.
Preparation:
- Peel all the onions and cloves of garlic and wash well.
- Sort fresh mushrooms, peel and wash well.
- Pre-wash the chicken, divide into portions.
- Pass all the necessary garlic through a fine grater. Divide each onion into several slices. Chop the mushrooms into slices.
- Sort green dill and parsley, wash well and dry.
- Grate each piece of chicken well with a mixture of garlic salt and black pepper, then transfer to a baking dish, pre-treated with vegetable oil. Evenly distribute the onions and the rest of the grated garlic.
- Pour chicken with half of the required amount of table wine, sprinkle with extra chopped parsley, garlic, send to a preheated oven. Bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. From time to time, pour the remaining half of the table wine, stretching it throughout the cooking time.
- Heat butter in a frying pan, put slices of fresh mushrooms in it, simmer under a closed lid for about 15 minutes, stir occasionally.
- Before serving, put chicken pieces on a dish, season with ketchup, parsley and dill. Use stewed mushrooms as a side dish.
