How to cook chicken? Usually it is baked in the oven or fried in a pan. To make the meat juicy and aromatic, you need to use additional ingredients during cooking. This requires garlic, herbs and white semi-sweet wine. These ingredients will give your chicken an incredible flavor. The aroma alone can turn the head of any gourmet.

- - garlic 4 cloves
- - thyme 5 sprigs

Peel the onion and cut into large strips.

Cut the garlic into slices.

Cut the chicken lengthwise along the breast, rinse and dry. Grate the carcass with spices, salt and black pepper. Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Fry onion and garlic together in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes.
