Oven-baked chicken can decorate any festive table. It is easy to cook, and its size allows you not to worry that your guests will go hungry. Chicken can be baked in different ways, for example, with wine and aromatic herbs.
It is necessary
- - 1 chicken (the more the better);
- - lemon (or lime);
- - orange;
- - olive oil;
- - onion;
- - carrot;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - fragrant herbs (any);
- - pepper and salt;
- - a glass of white wine.
Instructions
Step 1
The chicken needs to be washed well.
Step 2
Chop 1 clove of garlic and distribute the pulp inside the chicken. Pour 50 ml of olive oil into a glass and add aromatic herbs. Lubricate the chicken inside and outside with the resulting mixture.

Cut the orange and lemon into circles, stuff the chicken with a few of them, the rest can be laid out on top of the carcass.
Step 4
Grease the form with oil, put chopped vegetables - onions and carrots on the bottom. Add two garlic cloves. We spread the chicken on the vegetables. Pour white wine into the mold.
Step 5
In an oven preheated to 190C, bake the chicken for 90 minutes, periodically turning it over and pouring it with juice so that it brown evenly, but does not become dry.
Step 6
Crispy on the outside, but juicy and tender on the inside, chicken meat will not leave anyone indifferent. Garnish with lemon and orange slices before serving.
