This dish is perfect for any occasion, especially if your family members are salmon lovers. Variety is always good, especially when all the usual dishes are already tired.

- -Salmon 500-600 g
- - Champignons 200-300 g
- -Carrots 2 pcs
- -Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
- -Salt to taste
- -White pepper
- -Dill and rosemary (dry) 1 tsp each.
- -Parsley (fresh)
- -Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the carrots and cut them lengthwise. Cut the mushrooms into plates. Then take a bowl or small saucepan and combine the carrots, mushrooms, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dill and rosemary in it.
Step 2
Take a salmon, rinse under running cold water, remove skin and bones. Then, cut it into 3 equal parts. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Step 3
Now take the asparagus. It needs to be cleaned and the hard stem removed.
Step 4
Prepare parchment paper or foil. To make it more convenient, put it immediately on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Divide the vegetables in half. Spread the first half of the vegetable mixture over all the paper or foil. After that, spread the salmon on them, put the asparagus and lay out the remaining vegetables. Wrap the foil, or cover the paper and put in the oven for 20 minutes. You need to bake at a temperature of 200 degrees.

You can simply cut the foil or paper before serving.
