  • - sea salt, cayenne pepper, basil, fresh mint.

Instructions

Step 1

First preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Prepare salmon fillets - rub with lemon juice, pepper, salt.

Place fish pieces on foil, bake for 20 minutes until tender. Let the cooked salmon cool slightly.

Boil potatoes and green beans.

Step 4

Grate the garlic on a fine grater, mix it with salt, pepper, lemon juice, yogurt.

Arrange the beans and potatoes in four plates, salt to taste. Add lemon juice, you can rub lemon zest on top. Then add watercress leaves, basil, mint.
