300 grams of salmon or trout fillets (fresh), 250 grams of cherry tomatoes, 150 grams of cucumbers, green salad leaves, 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste
