Baked pasta with tuna and broccoli is an unusual dish made from familiar ingredients that will serve as a hearty dinner or lunch. True, the preparation will take some time, but the result is definitely worth it.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of pasta, for example, in the form of shells;
- - 300 g frozen broccoli;
- - 185 g of canned tuna in oil;
- - 3 teaspoons with a slide of large bread crumbs (wheat);
- - 15 g butter;
- - sunflower oil;
- - salt.
- For the sauce:
- - 450 ml of milk;
- - 40 g of wheat flour;
- - 40 g of butter;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat some sunflower oil in a skillet. Add broccoli and save for about 7 minutes, add some filtered water or vegetable stock if desired and cook until buds are soft.
Step 2
Open a can of canned tuna, drain the oil. Remove the bones and cut the flesh into large pieces with a fork.
Step 3
Boil water, add salt, add pasta and cook until half cooked, referring to the information on the package. Drain in a colander and drain.
Step 4
Prepare a white sauce, for this, melt 40 g of butter in a pan, stir in wheat flour, fry it a little. Gently add milk in several steps, stir constantly so that no lumps form. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for a minute, the sauce should thicken. Season with salt to taste.
Step 5
Place a small piece of butter (10-15 g) in a cup and melt in the microwave. Add the breadcrumbs and blend until a damp, oily crumb is obtained.
Step 6
Add broccoli inflorescences, chunks of tuna and milk sauce to the pasta. Mix everything and place in an ovenproof dish.
Step 7
Sprinkle with butter crumbs on top. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
