An unusual and spectacular dish. For cooking, you will need the simplest ingredients that every housewife will surely find in the kitchen - minced meat, pasta, egg and bread crumbs.

- - 500 g minced meat;
- - 150 g of pasta in the form of horns;
- - 1 medium-sized chicken egg;
- - 1-2 slices of white or gray bread;
- - 1 small onion;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of soft wheat ground crackers;
- - salt, pepper and other spices to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut off the crust of the bread, cover with warm water and soak. Add bread, a raw egg, a finely chopped onion (optional) to the minced meat, and spices to taste.
Step 2
Mix the mixture thoroughly. If the meat mixture turns out to be thin, then you can add a tablespoon of wheat bread crumbs.

Boil water, add salt and add pasta. Reduce heat and cook the pasta until half cooked, referring to the information on the package. Then place the pasta in a colander and let the liquid drain.
Step 4
Place a sheet of parchment paper or baking foil on your countertop (parchment is preferred). Spread the minced meat on top in a fairly thick layer. If the layer is thin, the meat will become tough in the oven.
Step 5
Put the pasta on the minced meat, stepping back slightly at the edges. Perhaps the pasta turned out a little more than is required for the roll - in this case, do not use everything.
Step 6
Lift the edges of the parchment or foil and form a roll using your hands. Give it the shape you want.
Step 7
Move the roll onto a baking sheet with the parchment or foil. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top and puncture with a fork in several places. Bake in the oven at 180-200 ° C until a blush is formed, on average about 30-40 minutes.

Remove the finished roll from the oven. Let it cool slightly and set, then cut into portions. Serve with tomato sauce or sour cream.
