It is necessary

  • - 500 g minced meat;
  • - 150 g of pasta in the form of horns;
  • - 1 medium-sized chicken egg;
  • - 1-2 slices of white or gray bread;
  • - 1 small onion;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of soft wheat ground crackers;
  • - salt, pepper and other spices to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut off the crust of the bread, cover with warm water and soak. Add bread, a raw egg, a finely chopped onion (optional) to the minced meat, and spices to taste.

Mix the mixture thoroughly. If the meat mixture turns out to be thin, then you can add a tablespoon of wheat bread crumbs.
