- • 1 kg of lamb;
- • 300 g of sour apples;
- • 60 g of prunes or raisins;
- • Mustard;
- • Ground black pepper;
- • Salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the lamb pulp and beat off. Grate the meat with mustard, season with salt and pepper.
Cut apples and pre-soaked prunes into thin slices.
Step 2
Cover the lamb pulp with the prune and apple slices.
Step 3
Roll up the meat and tie with a thread.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake the roll until a crust forms.
Step 5
Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake the meat for another 2 hours, pouring the resulting juice over the meat.
Step 6
Remove the baked roll from the oven, put under a press and leave to cool.
