Cakes with juicy filling on curd dough are very cool to take with you to the country or a picnic.
It is necessary
- For 4 biscuits:
- - 100 g of dry cottage cheese;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 100 g flour;
- - 1 egg;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 2 large peaches;
- - 300 g plums;
- - 3 tbsp. Sahara;
- - water;
- - herbs to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
To prepare the dough, mix flour with dry cottage cheese and salt. Add cold butter, pre-cut into pieces, grind everything with your hands to a crumb state and beat an egg into the mixture. Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and chill for about 40 minutes in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Divide the chilled dough into 4 parts and roll each into a layer about 10 cm in diameter.
Step 3
Cut the peaches for the filling into 2 parts, remove the pits, pour water in a small saucepan so that it completely covers the fruit, add sugar and herbs (for example, mint) and put on fire. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to medium and simmer for a quarter of an hour, until tender (check with a knife). Then cool, cut into wedges and place in the center of the rolled dough, leaving space around the edges.
Step 4
Put the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with baking paper.
Step 5
Cut the plums in half, pitted and cut into wedges. Lay in the same way as for peaches.
Step 6
Bend the edges (remember we left them free?) Of the biscuit to the center. Grease the product with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for about 35 minutes. It can be served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or it can be served chilled, sprinkled with warm syrup - fantasize! However, they are just so delicious!
