The pork loin turns out to be very aromatic and tasty! It can be served on a festive table as a main dish, and can also be prepared for a family dinner.

- - carrots 4 pcs.;
- - beets 4 pcs.;
- - 1 head garlic;
- - olive oil;
- - orange juice 1/2 cup;
- - thyme leaves;
- - rosemary leaves;
- - balsamic vinegar 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - sage leaves 8 pcs.;
- - lemon 1 pc.;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the carrots, put in a saucepan, boil until soft. Put the beets to cook in another saucepan, cook for 15-20 minutes after boiling.
Step 2
Cut the carrots into large strips, cut the beets into small pieces. Peel the garlic, pass through a press. Mix half with carrots, the other with beets. Add rosemary, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to the beets.
Step 3
Add thyme, olive oil and orange juice to the carrots. Divide the beets and carrots into two small baking dishes. Bake for 30 minutes at 220 degrees.
Step 4
Cut the pork into portioned steaks. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Place the steaks in a baking dish with sage leaves on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees. Serve steaks with baked vegetables and lemon juice.
