First, we cut the ribs.

Add Narsharab sauce (pomegranate sauce) to the ribs, salt and mix for taste, set aside for 15 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes. Add dried herbs, salt a little and mix again.

Cut the leek into rings (onion - in half rings). Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Cut the eggplants into cubes.

Squeeze the garlic through a garlic extractor and add to the oil, salt and pepper.
