How to satisfyingly feed your family? It is enough to cook the meat with a side dish. But to make the dish special, instead of regular meat, you need to take pork ribs, and cook vegetables as a side dish. All of these ingredients should be baked together in the oven to make the dish juicy and incredibly flavorful.

- - pork ribs 500 g
- - potatoes 1 kg
- - eggplant 250 g
- - tomatoes 250 g
- - onions 150 g
- - 3 cloves garlic
- - dried herbs 2 tsp
- - vegetable oil 5 tbsp. spoons
- - ketchup or tomato sauce
- - salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse ribs and cut into small portions. Add ketchup, lightly salt and marinate the meat for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, add salt, dried herbs and mix everything well.
Step 3
Cut vegetables: onions - into half rings, tomatoes - into small pieces, eggplant - into cubes.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Put the meat in a baking dish, and on top - all the cooked vegetables. Pour everything over with vegetable oil and garlic.
Step 6
The dish is baked in the oven for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees. If the vegetables start to burn, cover the mold with foil and continue cooking.
