It is necessary
- - mixer;
- - baking sheet;
- - parchment;
- For the test:
- - butter 200 g;
- - fat cottage cheese 250 g;
- - sugar 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - flour 350 g;
- For filling:
- - milk 200 ml;
- - sugar 120 g;
- - butter 50 g;
- - ground poppy seeds 200 g;
- - raisins 100 g;
- - vanillin 1 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat soft butter with a mixer on low speed with cottage cheese and sugar. Sift the flour and add the cooked mass to it. Knead the dough. It should be smooth and soft.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 4 parts and form small flat rectangles from them. Wrap each in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the raisins and discard them in a colander. Heat milk, butter and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Then reduce the heat to low, add the poppy seeds and cook, stirring constantly, until the liquid is completely absorbed and the mass becomes firm.
Step 4
Remove the poppy seed from heat, add raisins and vanillin. Stir and cool.
Step 5
Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Beat each rectangle lightly with a rolling pin on both sides to soften. Sprinkle the work table with flour, remove the foil from the dough and start rolling the dough. As a result, you should end up with 1 thin rectangle.
Step 6
On a sheet of dough, spread the poppy filling along the wide side and fold, bending the narrow edges inward, in the form of a roll. Line a baking sheet with parchment and line the roll with the seam down. Spread on top with whipped yolk and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
