It is necessary

- 1 tsp baking powder;
- 185 g sugar;
- 325 ml of milk;
- 1 egg;
- 50 ml of refined vegetable oil;
- 1 kg of plums;
- 120 g poppy seeds;
- Vanillin on the tip of a knife;
- Cinnamon;
- 70 g butter.

Step 1
Beat the egg, vegetable oil and 125 ml butter in a bowl until smooth. Sift 150 g of flour there, after mixing it with baking powder. Knead the dough. Lightly grease the mold and distribute it in it. Put in the refrigerator for a while.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Heat the remaining milk in a ladle on the stove, add poppy seeds and sugar (40 g). Cook for about 15 minutes until thickened. Add cinnamon to taste and remove from heat.
Step 3
We take out the form with the dough from the refrigerator. Cut the plums in half, put them on the dough. Fill with poppy seeds and milk mixture. Mix 70 g of flour with 70 g of butter and 70 g of sugar, grind into crumbs with your hands. Sprinkle the cake on it and put it in the oven for 50 minutes.
