The cake is tender and tasty. It does not require a lot of effort and culinary skills when cooking. Ideal for family tea.

- - 250 ml sour cream
- - 250 g granulated sugar
- - 250 g flour
- - 2 eggs
- - 3 tsp baking powder
- - 1/2 cup poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup almonds
- - 2 tbsp. l. apricot liqueur
- - 150 ml of condensed milk
- - 150 g butter
Instructions
Step 1
Make the filling. Fill the poppy with hot water. Peel and chop the almonds with a blender.
Step 2
Make a biscuit. Heat eggs and granulated sugar in a steam bath, stirring constantly. Then beat the egg and sugar mixture with a mixer. Sift flour and baking powder. Add sour cream and knead. Pour flour in a thin stream and stir until smooth.
Step 3
Divide the dough into two equal pieces. Add poppy seeds to the first part, and almonds to the other.
Step 4
Place the dough in a mold, spread evenly over the surface. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 45-50 minutes until a blush appears. Check the readiness of the cake with a knife. Remove the cake, cool it on the wire rack. Bake like this one more time.
Step 5
Make a cream. Beat butter with a mixer until firm foam, add condensed milk and beat until smooth. Put the finished cream in the refrigerator.
Step 6
Saturate each crust with apricot liqueur and brush with cream. Grind chocolate, nuts with a blender and sprinkle on the cake. Refrigerate for 3-5 hours.
