- - soda - 1/4 teaspoon;

Step 1
Mix cottage cheese with egg yolks, semolina and bran, let stand for thirty minutes. Next, add the whites, whipped with salt, baking soda and vanillin.

Wash fruit, cut into halves, remove seeds.

Put the resulting mass in a mold, put plums and peaches on top, deepening them inward. Pour with yogurt or sour cream, you can just sprinkle with powdered sugar - decide for yourself.
