Tart is a French pie made from a special dough. Curd tart can be either a dessert dish or a main one. The curd tart will delight all members of your family during breakfast.

- • Flour - 250 g
- • Sour cream - 100 g
- • Sugar - 300 g
- • Eggs - 3 pcs.
- • Water - 140 ml
- • Frozen peaches - 400 g
- • Frozen blackberries - 150 g
- • Cottage cheese - 500 g
- • Semolina - 50 g
- • Rum - 1 tbsp.
- • Baking powder - 2 tsp.
- • Butter - 150 g
- • Starch - 25 g
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the base of the tart: mix soft butter with flour, 2 egg yolks, sugar (50 g), sour cream (50 g) and baking powder (1 tsp). Mix everything well and knead an elastic, but elastic dough.
Step 2
Spread the dough over the baking dish. Put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the peaches in a frying pan, adding rum and granulated sugar (50 g).
Step 4
Dissolve starch in water, combine with boiling peaches, add blackberries and, having mixed well, boil until a thick consistency is formed for another minute.
Step 5
Beat egg whites (2 pcs) together with 60 g of sugar until firm foam.
Step 6
Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Cover the surface of the dough evenly with fruit and berry mass.
Step 7
Using a mixer, beat the cottage cheese with the egg, baking powder, semolina, sour cream and sugar. Put the resulting mass on top of the berries and fruits.
Step 8
Squeeze the whipped whites through a pastry bag over the curd layer. Bake 40-60 at 170C. Decorate with blackberries. Curd tart with peaches is equally tasty, both cold and hot.
