Cut Korean carrots into short strands, boil the chicken fillet, cool and cut into strips. Chicken can be replaced with classic ham purchased at your local supermarket. It is advisable to peel the cucumber and tomato and also cut into strips. Tear lettuce leaves into small fractions and mix all ingredients with mayonnaise or sour cream. Salt to taste. Immediately before serving, put the resulting salad mass into tartlets.

Tip: If you fill the tartlets in advance, then the dressing can soak them, which will negatively affect the taste of the dish.

Lavash roll with Korean carrot and salmon

Thanks to the successful combination of tender salted fish and spicy carrots, it makes ordinary lavash rolls a real royal snack. In this recipe, it is recommended to use your own salted fish, which will not take much time. It is only necessary to buy in advance a fresh (it is better not to use frozen for salt) fillet of red fish and leave it in a mixture of salt and sugar in a 2: 1 ratio for 2 - 3 hours. After a specified time, you can start making rolls. But if the opportunity to salt the fish was not provided on your own, then you can buy one in the grocery store.

Required Ingredients:

  • salted salmon - 300 - 400 grams;
  • Korean carrots - 250 grams;
  • leafy green salad - 1 bunch;
  • wheat flour lavash - 3 pieces;
  • soft cheese - 200 grams;
  • sour cream or mayonnaise - 300 grams;
  • salt to taste.

Recipe:

  1. Cut the salmon into thin small plates.
  2. Unfold lavash and grease with a thin layer of sour cream or mayonnaise, and on top with a thin layer of soft cheese. Sour cream will saturate lavash, and cheese will give an unusual flavor.
  3. Distribute the slices of red fish evenly over the entire area of the pita bread.
  4. Then cover with a second pita bread and lightly press it with your hands, grease with a layer of mayonnaise, and then spread the Korean carrots in a thick enough layer. It is advisable to use Korean carrots not very spicy, so as not to interrupt the taste of the royal fish.
  5. Cover with the third pita bread, also first greased with a thin layer of sour cream, and then with a layer of soft cheese.
  6. Put the washed and dried lettuce leaves on the pita bread.
  7. Roll the resulting <> tightly into a roll so that all components are well saturated.
  8. Cover the roll with cling film and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. Before serving, cut the roll into portions 3 centimeters thick.

By the way, another advantage of such rolls is their low calorie content, and a little trick of the unique taste is the early preparation of a snack so that the lavash has time to soak before the guests are treated.

Puff salad Inspiration

An unusually tasty salad is not for lazy housewives, as you will have to tinker a little with its preparation.

Required Ingredients:

  • fresh champignons - 400 grams;
  • chicken fillet - 300 - 400 grams;
  • Korean carrots - 200 grams;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • hard cheese (optional ingredient) - 200 grams;
  • 1 small onion head;
  • greens for decoration;
  • mayonnaise - 300 - 400 grams;
  • salt to taste.

Step-by-step cooking:

  1. Peel the onion, chop finely.
  2. Rinse the mushrooms well under running water, dry, cut into small pieces and fry in a non-stick pan with chopped onions, leave to cool.
  3. It is better to take more juicy parts from chicken, for example, chicken legs, the breast will be slightly dry. But this is not a fundamental point - mayonnaise, in any case, will make all layers more saturated. Boil the selected chicken portion in salted water for half an hour. Remove from water and cool. Separate the meat from the bones and disassemble into small pieces.
  4. Korean carrots will need to be cut into short straws, no more than 2 cm long, since the salad is flaky and the layer with carrots, which will be placed in the middle of the dish, if not cut, will pull out adjacent layers and destroy the rest of the salad.
  5. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool in cold water, release from the shell and cut lengthwise into 2 halves. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the whites into one bowl and the yolks into another.
  6. If it is decided to use hard cheese in a salad (this ingredient is not necessary to suck in this dish), then it must also be grated on a fine grater.
  7. Now you can lay out the cold appetizer in layers.
  8. First, lay out a layer of fried mushrooms with onions, then a net of mayonnaise. The next layer is chicken and mayonnaise again. Next, a thick layer of Korean carrots and mayonnaise. Then the egg whites, a layer of salt, grated cheese (if used) and a layer of mayonnaise. And the last layer is grated yolks.
  9. Cover the salad with cling film and refrigerate for an hour. During this time, all layers will be well saturated.
  10. After an hour, you can take out a snack and decorate. There is no limit to imagination. You can decorate the salad with half a boiled egg, cut in the shape of a flower, and spread Korean carrots or dill sprigs around.

For this purpose, it is better to purchase canned food with olives already separated from the seeds. Well, cutting out the body of spiders and legs will not be difficult and skillful. It should look something like the photo below. The salad is ready - you can surprise gourmets!
