I like cottage cheese because it is versatile, that is, it can be combined with many products. I suggest you use it as a filling for your chocolate brownies. The resulting dessert will surely suit your taste.
It is necessary
- - dark chocolate - 100 g;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - sugar - 2.5 cups;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
- - eggs - 4 pcs.;
- - flour - 250 g + 1, 5 tablespoons;
- - sour cream - 4 tablespoons;
- - cottage cheese - 200 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the dark chocolate into rather small slices and melt. A water bath or, for example, a microwave oven will help you with this. Then add butter to the melted chocolate. While stirring the mixture continuously, heat it until a mass is formed that has a homogeneous consistency.
Step 2
Having removed the chocolate-cream mass from the stove, add 1.5 cups of granulated sugar to it along with a bag of vanilla sugar. Pound the mixture thoroughly, then add wheat flour and 3 raw chicken eggs to it. Mix everything properly. This will create a chocolate dough for future cakes.
Step 3
Now start preparing the filling for future cakes. To do this, combine cottage cheese with the remaining wheat flour, a glass of granulated sugar, a raw chicken egg and sour cream. Mix everything until smooth.
Step 4
Place two-thirds of the chocolate dough on a greased baking sheet. Spread it over the entire surface in an even layer, then put the cottage cheese filling on it. Cover the curd mass with the remaining chocolate dough. In this form, send the dessert to be baked in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Step 5
After one hour has passed, remove the baked goods from the oven, let them cool completely, then cut them into square pieces with a knife. Chocolate curd cakes are ready!
