It is necessary
- - 450 g of cottage cheese;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 40 g of sugar;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 100 g flour;
- - a teaspoon of baking powder;
- - a pinch of cardamom (optional)
- For the sauce:
- - 200 g fresh (frozen blueberries);
- - 160 ml of water;
- - 65 g of sugar;
- - a tablespoon of cornstarch;
- - 2 tablespoons of water.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Next, you need to grind the cottage cheese through a sieve.
Step 2
Add eggs to the curd, mix, salt, then add cardamom and sugar. Sift flour with baking powder together and add to the curd mass.
Step 3
Stir well. Having formed syrniki from the resulting dough, roll them in flour. Place on a prepared baking sheet at some distance from each other (about 3 cm).
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 23 minutes, then gently turn the cheesecakes and continue cooking for another 7 minutes on the other side.
Step 5
If you do not turn it over, then the syrniki will be rosy on only one side.
Step 6
Make blueberry sauce. Put 100 g of blueberries in a saucepan, pour in water, add sugar. Heat the berry mixture over medium heat until it starts to boil.
Step 7
Dissolve the cornstarch with water and add to the blueberries, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, until sauce thickens.
Step 8
Remove from heat and stir in remaining whole blueberries. Pour blueberry sauce over the prepared cheesecakes and serve.
Step 9
Leftover sauce can be refrigerated for about a week.
