Step 1

Curd should not be very cold. Before kneading the dough, you need to take the cottage cheese out of the refrigerator and let it stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Add 2 chicken eggs, sugar, salt, soda and vanillin to the curd. Mix everything thoroughly. You should get a liquid egg-curd mass.

Raisins must be soaked in hot water for 15-20 minutes so that they swell and not dry. You can also pour a little water into a cup of raisins and put it in the microwave for a minute at the highest temperature.
