Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the dough for the curd cakes. To do this, combine the following: potato starch, wheat flour, and salt and baking powder. Combine cottage cheese in a separate bowl with pre-melted butter. Then add flour to the resulting mixture and mix everything until a homogeneous and soft to the touch mass is obtained. Keep the dough in the cold for 30 minutes.
Step 2
With pickled cucumbers and sausages, do this: cut them with a knife into fairly thin strips. Grind the hard cheese using a coarse grater.
Step 3
Combining pickled cucumbers with sausage, add to them also chopped into small pieces of bell pepper and finely chopped green onions. Mix everything as it should.
Step 4
After cooling the dough, roll it into a layer, the thickness of which does not exceed 3 millimeters. Then, using a dish with a round neck, cut out figures from it - their diameter should be approximately equal to 10 centimeters.
Step 5
After placing the resulting tortillas on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, brush them with tomato sauce, then spread the vegetable mixture over them evenly and sprinkle with grated cheese. The cheese should be lightly pressed into the filling. Bake the dish in this form at a temperature of 180 degrees for one quarter of an hour.
