This wonderful dessert is being prepared in the form of a cream for only 20 minutes, which cannot but please the busy culinary specialist. Knowing some tricks, you can even give the delicacy an unusual taste, change its color. Beginners, on the other hand, should not be afraid to try to knock down the curd-sour cream mass with an ordinary mixer or blender - the cream turns out to be excellent even for the obvious inept. It's almost impossible to spoil it - it contains only 3 simple products.
Cooking tricks
To make curd sour cream as tasty as possible, you need to follow some tips from experienced chefs:
- It is better to replace ordinary sugar with powdered sugar, with it the treat will turn out to be more tender, without hard sugar grains;
- cream with sugar must be whipped longer than with powder, and then let the mass stand for 15 minutes and beat again with a mixer;
- it is recommended to buy cottage cheese and sour cream with a higher fat content, then the consistency will turn out to be dense, it will not spread over the cake or pastries;
- it is not difficult to change the color from white to pink, red, purple or raspberry with the help of different fruit purees - from strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blueberries, currants;
- grated berry mass will also help change the taste of the cream, adding sourness, aroma, sweetness to it.
Ingredients
To prepare a delicate cream, only 3 ingredients are needed:
- 400 g of cottage cheese with a fat content of 9%;
- 3 tablespoons sour cream with 35% fat;
- 70 g icing sugar (can be replaced with sugar).

2) Add powdered sugar or granulated sugar to the grated cottage cheese, but in this case you will have to take more sugar, about 100 g.
3) Beat the mass with an ordinary whisk or fork.
4) Combine the resulting sweet curd mass with thick thick sour cream, beat with a blender or mixer for about a couple of minutes.
5) If the consistency turns out to be dense, smooth, does not flow from the walls of the bowl, then everything is whipped normally. If the mass is very thick, it is worth adding another spoonful of sour cream.
