  • - oatmeal - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • - eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • - flour - 100 g;
  • - honey - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • - salt - a pinch;
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - pear - 1 pc.;
  • - plum - 2 pcs.;
  • - peach - 1 pc.;
  • - lemon - 1 pc.;
  • - butter - 1 tsp.

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking dough for cheesecakes. Beat eggs with honey (2 tablespoons) and salt, add cottage cheese. Stir.

Step 2

Grind the oatmeal in a coffee grinder or blender to a flour condition. Combine wheat and oat flour. Gradually stir the flour into the curd mass. Knead the dough, cover with cling film and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3

Cooking the sauce. Rinse the fruit thoroughly with water. Remove the zest from the lemon (you will need about 0.5 teaspoon of zest), squeeze the juice from the pulp (2 tablespoons). Remove the peel from the pear, remove the seeds and partitions. Cut the pulp into cubes. Cut the plums and peach in half, remove the seeds, cut the pulp into small cubes.
