It is necessary
- - 375 g of prunes;
- - 150 ml of cranberry juice;
- - 300 coarse flour;
- - 125 g brown sugar;
- - 0.5 tsp baking powder;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 1 small egg;
- - 175 chilled butter;
- - 25 g of oatmeal;
- - 25 g of walnuts;
- - 15 g corn flakes.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the prunes into small pieces with a knife and pour over the cranberry juice. In the meantime, prepare the mold by covering it with parchment paper and greasing with oil.
Step 2
Put the oven to heat up to 175 degrees. Chop the cooled butter into small cubes. Knead the dough using the processor, adding flour, baking powder, sugar, a pinch of salt, an egg, and butter. Add 2 tbsp. ice water and mix the mass until smooth with your hands.
Step 3
Put 2/3 of the dough into the mold. Grind prunes in mashed potatoes using a mixer, adding a little cranberry juice for consistency. Place the filling over the base.
Step 4
Finely chop the nuts with a knife. Grind the remaining dough with two flakes and chopped nuts and sprinkle on top. Send to the hot oven for 40 - 45 minutes on the lower level.
