Most pastry shops offer chocolate brownies with nuts and prunes. It is quite possible to prepare such a dessert at home, patience will be required and the whole family will be able to enjoy this delicate dessert!
It is necessary
- - baking dish;
- - pitted prunes, diced, 0.5 cups;
- - orange liqueur 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - butter 130 g;
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- - cocoa 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - honey 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - wheat flour 1 glass;
- - baking powder 1 teaspoon;
- - chopped walnuts 0.5 cups;
- - orange peel 2 teaspoons;
- - beaten chicken egg 1 pc.;
- - vanillin 1 teaspoon;
- - salt on the tip of a knife;
- For the layer:
- - chocolate 165 g;
- - heavy cream 80 g;
- - orange liqueur 2 teaspoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the chopped prunes with liqueur, stir and leave to soak. Grease a baking dish with butter.
Step 2
Put butter in a saucepan, add cocoa, sugar and honey. Cook, stirring constantly, until the butter melts. No need to bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Add egg and vanillin and stir gently until smooth.
Step 3
Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Add chopped nuts, orange zest and prunes, mix the mixture. Pour the mixture from the pan into a bowl of flour and mix thoroughly. Then pour into a baking dish, smooth and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 4
Break the chocolate into slices and place in a bowl. Bring the cream to a boil separately and pour into a bowl to the chocolate, stir gently until the chocolate dissolves. Lubricate the cake with a layer, cut into squares and garnish with nuts.
