One banana oat cake contains only 75 calories! Cakes are prepared without adding flour, it is better to take overripe, slightly brownish bananas. These low-calorie cakes are very good for breakfast.
It is necessary
- - 225 g banana puree;
- - 110 g of quick oatmeal;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 60 ml of milk;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 teaspoon of baking powder, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the oatmeal, sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and baking soda. Separately, combine ripe mashed bananas with eggs, milk, and vanilla extract or vanilla sugar. Combine both mixtures, beat a little. It is worth noting that you need to take exactly instant oatmeal, ordinary rolled oats are not suitable for these cakes.
Step 2
Take a 23x23cm baking dish, grease it with oil or cover it with baking paper. Pour the cake dough into it (you can put it in the form of tortillas with a tablespoon), put in the oven. Cook for 35 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven and cool completely.
Step 3
Cut the biscuit into squares or rectangles. You can sprinkle the top with sugar and cinnamon, although the cakes are already moderately sweet. If your finished cakes don't hold their shape, next time try adding 1/2 cup unflavored yogurt and 1/4 cup wheat flour.
Step 4
Serve low-calorie banana oat cakes for breakfast, and take them with you to work as a lunchtime snack. Even when cooking, you can experiment - add apple cider instead of banana puree, if you like raisins, add it to the dough.
