This easy-to-make pie with the most affordable ingredients deserves a place on the daily menu and on the holiday table!
It is necessary

- - premium flour - 210 g;
- - cottage cheese 9% - 400 g;
- - butter - 160 g + for greasing the mold;
- - sugar - 145 g;
- - soda - 9 g;
- - lemon juice - extinguish soda;
- - salt - on the tip of a knife;
- - vanillin - on the tip of a knife.
Instructions
Step 1
Freeze the oil and then grate on a cold grater. Add flour with pre-extinguished soda, salt and 50 g of sugar to it. With your hands, quickly grind everything into butter crumbs.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese with a mixer (just mix, not beat!) With the remaining sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Step 3
We set the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Put half of the oil crumb in a greased form, tamp it, forming the sides. Put the filling on top and sprinkle it with the remaining half of the crumbs. We send it to a preheated oven for half an hour. We cut the cheesecake only when it has completely cooled down. Bon Appetit!
