Pizza Calzone differs from others in that it is closed. This is not just a very tasty dish, but also, so to speak, convenient. You can easily take it with you to work or to a picnic. Hurry up to make such a pizza!
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - water - 125 ml;
- - milk - 125 ml;
- - fresh yeast - 10 g;
- - sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- - salt - 1 teaspoon;
- - olive oil - 4 tablespoons;
- - flour - 420 g.
- Filling:
- - minced beef - 250 g;
- - onion - 1 piece;
- - tomatoes - 2 pcs;
- - hard cheese - 150 g;
- - Mozzarella cheese - 125 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine water and milk in one saucepan. Put on fire and heat to about 30 degrees. Put granulated sugar and yeast into the resulting warm mixture. Then add the sifted flour, olive oil and salt there. Knead the dough out of this mass. It should be very soft and elastic. Place it in a deep cup, cover with a towel and leave it alone for 60 minutes.
Step 2
In the meantime, prepare the filling. To do this, chop the onions into small cubes and fry in a pan until soft. Then add the ground beef there. Cook until brown. Season with salt and pepper. You can also add pizza seasoning if you like. Allow the resulting mass to cool slightly, then mix with chopped tomatoes. If not, then use ketchup. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Place the risen dough on a work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin to the size of the baking sheet. Place the resulting filling on half of the rolled out layer so that at least 3 centimeters of free space remains from the edge.
Step 4
Place the hard cheese and small pieces of "Mozzarella" on the filling. Cover this mass with the free half of the dough and fix the edges. Use a fork to make small punctures in several places on the top layer of the dish.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 220 degrees and send the dish into it for about 25 minutes - it should turn brown. Calzone's pizza is ready!
