Oatmeal muffins are made quickly and are delicious with a light caramel aftertaste due to the brown sugar in the recipe and the vanilla flavor. The tops of the cupcakes are smeared with a sweet fudge made from powdered sugar and juice.
It is necessary
- - 250 g of oatmeal;
- - one and a half glasses of flour;
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- - 3/4 cup milk;
- - 1/4 cup vegetable oil;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 10 g baking powder;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - a bag of vanillin.
- For fondant:
- - half a glass of powdered sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon or orange juice.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine oatmeal with brown sugar, vanilla, salt and baking powder.

Beat eggs separately until fluffy. Pour in milk, add vegetable oil and dry mixture with flakes and vanilla.
Step 3
Stir in flour in small portions, mix everything with a blender. There should be no lumps. It turned out to be a dough for future cupcakes.
Step 4
Grease the muffin tins with butter, fill them 2/3 parts with dough. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. From the specified amount of ingredients, approximately 14 muffins are obtained.
Step 5
Prepare the fondant. To do this, mix the icing sugar with 1 tbsp. spoon of juice, stir with a whisk, then pour in another spoonful of juice, stir again. The fudge is ready. You can take both lemon and orange juice for her - it will turn out to be equally tasty.
Step 6
Cool the finished oatmeal muffins, brush the tops with sweet fudge. Serve with tea.
