It is necessary

  • - 500 grams of chicken liver;
  • - 200 grams of fresh champignons;
  • - 2 small tomatoes;
  • - 1 onion (red);
  • - 100 milliliters of kefir;
  • - 50 milliliters of soy sauce;
  • - a pinch of curry;
  • - a mixture of ground peppers;
  • - salt;
  • - olive oil.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to properly prepare the chicken liver - rinse it thoroughly under cold water, and then remove the streaks and films. Next, the offal must be cut into small pieces. The smaller they are, the faster the meat will marinate.

Step 2

The onions should be peeled, rinsed as well, and then cut into individual slices and added to the liver.

Step 3

Now is the time to prepare the marinade. It is made from soy sauce and kefir. Both liquids are mixed and then salt and curry are added to them.

Step 4

The resulting marinade must be carefully coated with chopped chicken liver. Every piece should be impregnated with it. The future kebab will be marinated for at least 3-4 hours. It is best to prepare it in the morning and leave it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator overnight.

Step 5

Champignons and tomatoes should be washed, dried and cut into large pieces. Further, on small wooden skewers, you will need to string alternately slices of tomatoes, mushrooms, meat and onion rings.

Step 6

Next, on a baking sheet covered with foil and greased with olive oil, you will need to put future kebabs and send them to a preheated oven for about 40 minutes. You can serve ready-made meat to the table both hot and cold.
