  • - 400 g chicken liver,
  • - 70 g bell pepper,
  • - 4 cherry tomatoes,
  • - 1 onion,
  • - 70 g lard,
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce
  • - 1 chili pepper,
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of brandy,
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream,
  • - salt to taste,
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dry spices,
  • - 1 tbsp. spoon of greens.

Instructions

Step 1

Go through the chicken liver and select all the same size pieces, remove the gall bladders (if any).

Step 2

Rinse the liver pieces and proceed to prepare two marinades. Pour st. a spoonful of soy sauce, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of brandy, finely chop the chili and add your favorite spices, mix. Divide the marinade in half.

Step 3

Place half of the chicken liver pieces in the first serving of the marinade.

Step 4

Mix the second part of the marinade with sour cream and put the remaining chicken liver in it. You will have two bowls of kebabs.

Prepare the vegetables for the kebab. Rinse the bell pepper, peel it from seeds, cut into thick rings.

Step 6

Chicken liver kebab does not need to be marinated for a long time. While someone was busy with the coals, the kebab had already been marinated.
