Duck carcass (1.5-2 kg), chicken fillet - 100 grams, chicken liver - 150 grams, egg - 1 piece, ¼ loaves of bread without a crust, dry white wine - 100 ml, seedless green grapes - 250 grams, butter vegetable - 2 tablespoons, onion - 1 piece, salt
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion, chop finely and fry with one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Rinse the chicken liver, soak the crumb of bread in water and squeeze well.
Step 2
Use a blender or food processor to chop the liver, onion and bread until smooth.
Step 3
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, beat the eggs a little. Add fillet with egg in chopped liver. Salt.
Step 4
Wash the duck, dry it with paper towels. Fill the duck with the resulting mass using a teaspoon or a pastry syringe with a wide nozzle. Sew up the incision with threads or secure with wooden toothpicks.
Step 5
Grease the pan with butter and place the duck in it. Bake in a preheated oven for 2-2.5 hours.
Step 6
Rinse the grapes and fry a little with a little vegetable oil.
Step 7
When the duck is ready, add grapes to it and leave in a closed oven for 10-15 minutes.
