- - 270 ml of red wine;
- - 140 g of round rice;

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the fruits. Peel the apple and pear, cut into small pieces. Peel mandarin, remove white streaks. Rinse the grapes thoroughly.

Heat the wine in a saucepan over low heat, without bringing it to a boil, turn off the heat. Transfer the fruit to a saucepan with wine, close the lid and leave to infuse for 35 minutes.

Rinse the rice thoroughly, and then boil in salted water, rinse, cool.

Remove the fruits from the wine and transfer to a saucepan with rice, stir.

Rinse the duck thoroughly, wipe it with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Then rub the carcass with salt and pepper on the outside and inside. Wrap in plastic wrap and marinate for about 2, 5 hours.

Remove the film from the duck, pierce the breast and legs with a fork in different places, stuff the inside of the duck with a mixture of rice and fruit. If all the rice is not included, then it can be used as a side dish.

Use wooden toothpicks to stab the duck's belly. Transfer it to a baking sheet lined with foil and bake in a preheated oven for 1.5 hours at a temperature not exceeding 180 degrees.
