It is necessary
- - duck carcass - 1 pc. (about 1.5 kg);
- - white grapes without seeds - 100 g;
- - apples of medium size - 2 pcs.;
- - liquid honey - a few tablespoons;
- - ground black pepper;

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the duck carcass under running water and pat dry with paper towels. In a bowl, combine ground black pepper with salt and rub the inside and outside of the duck with this mixture.
Step 2
Take one apple, peel it and cut it into wedges. Remove the grapes from the sprig and mix with the apple wedges. Then stuff the duck with grapes and chopped apples.
Step 3
Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. While it's warming up, place the carcass in a baking dish or baking sheet. Place in the oven and cook for 40 minutes. While the duck is baking, peel the second apple and cut into wedges.
Step 4
After the time has elapsed, take out the duck and pour over it abundantly with the released fat. Place the prepared chopped apple around, which also needs to be sprinkled with fat, and send back to the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5
After that, remove the baking sheet again, and using a cooking brush, brush the duck carcass with honey on all sides. And then return the duck to the oven and bake it for 10-15 minutes until a beautiful brown crust appears.
