This vitamin sea salad is so delicious that after trying it, you will definitely want to cook it more than once.
It is necessary
- - shrimps - 500 g
- - butter 50 g
- - dried oregano
- Thyme
- Pepper
- Cherry tomatoes 5 pieces
- Green salad 1 bunch
- Mustard 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp spoons
- Parsley 20 gr.
- Parmesan cheese 50 gr.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the shrimps in salted water, peel, do not tear off the tails.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Arrange the shrimp and sprinkle with a pinch of dried oregano, thyme, pepper and sauté.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges.
Step 4
Wash a bunch of green salad, dry it so that there is no excess water, and crumble it into a bowl. Add tomatoes and shrimp.
Step 5
Combine mustard, lemon juice and chopped parsley. Pour this sauce over the salad.
Step 6
Finely grate Parmesan cheese, add to salad and stir.
