Spring is coming. And this means that all the reserves of vitamins accumulated by the body over the summer began to be depleted. Therefore, you should try to introduce more available vegetables into the diet, such as carrots and beets. But in order to do this with taste, you can prepare special vitamin salads without subjecting the ingredients to heat treatment. Fresh vegetables will bring much more benefits, help to cope with vitamin deficiency and prevent its consequences.
It is necessary
- - beets - 0.5 pcs.;
- - medium-sized carrots - 1 pc.;
- - apple - 1 pc.;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - fresh parsley - 2-3 sprigs (optional).
- - ground black pepper - 2-3 pinches (optional);
- - salt (optional).
- For refueling:
- - classic yogurt - 1-2 tbsp. l. or sunflower oil - 0.5 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
First, peel and rinse carrots and beets. Remove the seeds from the apple. If his peel is too dense, then we peel it off too.
Step 2
Peel the garlic cloves and crush through a garlic press. You can also grate them or chop them finely with a knife.
Step 3
Prepare a bowl or salad bowl. Grate carrots, apple and beets on a coarse grater. To make the salad visually more beautiful, you can use a special grater for cooking Korean carrots. With its help, the straws will turn out to be long and thin. Alternatively, you can simply cut the vegetables into thin slices to your liking.
Step 4
Put the chopped ingredients in a salad bowl, add the garlic, season with yogurt (or sunflower oil) and mix everything together well. If desired, the prepared salad can be slightly salted, add a couple of pinches of ground black pepper and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
