Salad with pears, red currants, hazelnuts and raspberries is an ideal solution for those who care about their health and include in their diet a maximum of healthy foods with a high content of vitamins and microelements.

- Ingredients for 2 persons:
- - 300 gr. lettuce leaves (one type or assorted);
- - large pear;
- - 50 gr. raspberries;
- - 50 gr. red currant;
- - 50 gr. peeled and toasted hazelnuts;
- - salt;
- - Apple vinegar;
- - olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the lettuce leaves very thoroughly. We put them in a colander so that absolutely all the water is glass.
Step 2
We spread the salad on a dish, salt a little. Top with raspberries, hazelnuts and red currants.
Step 3
We clean the pear and cut it into slices (4 pieces for each portion). Put it in the center of the plate.
Step 4
We make a dressing from olive oil, apple cider vinegar and salt, pour it over the salad and serve immediately.
