- - rice noodles - 120 g;
- - peeled shrimps - 500 g;
- - mango - 300 g;
- - leeks - 3 pieces;
- - basil leaves - 1/4 cup;
- - rice vinegar - 1/3 cup;
- - sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt - 1, 5 tsp;
- - jalapeno pepper - 1 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the noodles in boiling water. After eight minutes, discard in a colander, rinse in running water.
Step 2
Combine shrimp, chopped mango, leek, chopped jalapenos, and basil in a deep bowl.
Step 3
Mix sugar, salt, rice vinegar in a separate bowl. When the sugar has dissolved, pour half of the sauce into the shrimp salad and the other half into the glass noodles.
Step 4
