It is necessary

  • For hot:
  • - a bunch of glass noodles (200 g);
  • - 350 g chicken fillet;
  • - 250 g of peeled shrimp;
  • - 1 chicken egg;
  • - 1 small onion;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 3 cm of ginger root;
  • - 3 tbsp. soy sauce + 1.5 tbsp. for noodles;
  • - 1/2 tsp curry;
  • - 1/3 tsp ground black pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - 20 g of parsley;
  • - 1 tbsp. sesame seeds;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • For the salad:
  • - 200 g glass noodles;
  • - 1 cucumber;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - 1 red bell pepper;
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - 1 tbsp. sesame seeds;
  • - 1/3 tsp each ground coriander and dried ginger;
  • - salt;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • Sauce:
  • - 100 ml of soy sauce;
  • - 50 ml of rice or apple cider vinegar;
  • - 2 tsp Sahara;
  • - a pinch of ground black pepper;
  • - 1/3 tsp each salt and paprika.

Instructions

Step 1

Glass noodles with chicken and shrimps for hot

Wash the chicken, cut into thin strips and place in a container or bowl. Drizzle with soy sauce, beaten egg, curry, stir and marinate for 1 hour. Soak the noodles in cold water for 45 minutes. Peel and chop the onion and garlic with a knife, cut the ginger into cubes.

Step 2

Heat the vegetable oil, transfer the chicken into it, after draining the marinade, fry until golden brown and lay out. Add oil to the skillet and sauté onions, garlic and ginger in it. Then add more oil and cook the shrimp.

Step 3

Drain the noodles on a thick paper towel, or fold in a colander and sauté with soy sauce, stirring with a wooden spatula. Add to it all the previously prepared foods, stir everything well, pepper and salt, if necessary. Serve hot, sprinkle with chopped parsley and sesame seeds.

Step 4

Glass noodle salad with Chinese vegetables

Wash all vegetables. Chop the carrots and cucumber into strips, preferably on a special grater for Korean snacks. Peel the peppers and cut the pulp into half rings. Make the sauce by mixing all of the ingredients listed and whisking thoroughly with a whisk or fork. Boil water, pour in glass noodles and leave for 3-5 minutes, then immediately immerse them in ice water for 10 seconds to stop hot cooking.

Step 5

Remove the husks from the garlic clove and press down with a knife. Fry the garlic in vegetable oil until almost black and discard. Pour sesame seeds in the same place, put carrot shavings and pieces of bell pepper. Cook everything for a few minutes, then remove from heat, stir in cucumber and spices and stir well. Combine vegetables and noodles in a large salad bowl, season with sauce and let sit for half an hour.
