This is both a salad and a full-fledged hearty dish. Can be served as lunch or dinner. The salad is prepared with a delicious oyster or soy sauce dressing.
It is necessary
- For the salad:
- - 200 g frozen mussels;
- - a pack of pasta;
- - 1 onion;
- - green salad;
- - vegetable oil, lavrushka, salt, dried basil, peppercorns.
- For refueling:
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of pasta liquid;
- - 1 teaspoon of oyster or soy sauce.
- Additionally:
- - 4 slices of pickled ginger.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the peeled mussels for 3 minutes in salted water with bay leaves and peppercorns. Drain the broth.
Step 2
Boil water, add salt, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, boil in this water until the pasta is cooked. Cook according to the instructions on the package, then fold in a colander, pour over with cold water. Drizzle the pasta with olive oil.
Step 3
Peel the onion, cut into thin rings, simmer in olive oil until transparent, add mussels, season with dried basil, stir, cook for 3 minutes. Put the pasta in a frying pan, heat it up.
Step 4
Rinse the lettuce leaves, pat dry on paper towels, tear with your hands, and put in a bowl. Add pasta and mussels, stir, pour over with salad dressing.
Step 5
Salad dressing recipe: Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, oyster or soy sauce and the liquid left over from pasta with a fork. This will make a smooth, thick sauce.
Step 6
Garnish the prepared warm pasta and mussel salad with strips of pickled ginger. Serve warm.
